Head of Operations

Being a head of department, we have to train leaders so they can assist us by inculcating good work culture and implement effective work systems that best suits their team dynamics. Also, to followi general standard procedures.

Our performance depends on our ability to keep the operations running, reduce unnecessary cost by cutting ineffective processes and introduce new processes to adapt to new operation needs.

You will need to have a related Degree in the relevant industry. However, your experience and last position held (e.g. Manager) may be considered if you hold a diploma in related field.
