Field Service Engineer (Lighting System)

We must know our products well to resolve technical issues of our customers and distributors. Depending on our job's nature, we need to be well-versed in mechanical, electrical, and electronics. We must know how to read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure all works are carried out safely. 

As we may have to handle multiple jobs with tight deadlines, our performance will depend on our efficiency to solve problems. Outstanding and unresolved issues will reflect our inability, which portrays a bad image to our internal and external customers. Hence, communication and expectation management is very important!

You will need to have at least a Degree in the engineering field to acquire this job. Diploma holders with relevant industry experience will usually be considered since on-the-ground problem-solving and customer managing skillsets are highly sought-after.
