Assisting sales team (Field Engineer)

We provide technical knowledge and assistance to increase the sales team’s ability to market and sell our company’s products. 

The sales team is a separate department that sells our company products to clients, such as building owners and property developers. 

Our engineering team communicates with them via phone calls. We may also attend meetings with them and support them on site. We will assist by proposing technical recommendations in terms of;

1) Recommending the most suitable products that suit client requirements 

2) Addressing general enquiries on lighting system such as;

- Functions our systems can do and its ease of customisation through simple programming and adjustment via a user interface

- Power consumption and sources

- Voltage compatibility towards other equipment

- Specifications compliance to ISO/CIE

3) During large-scale exhibitions organised by the company, we are required to be present to assist in technical recommendations for interested visitors

- The exhibitions are held 2 to 3 times per annum

- Usually last for 3 to 5 days each time
