Fusion is ideal when you want to combine and customise solutions from our existing Self-Build and Co-Build range. If you need something entirely new beyond our existing solutions, Architect is the way to go.
As every project is different, final quotations are assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the scope, complexity and project size. The prices shown serve as our standard starting rates for typical projects.
Yes. Your system remains under your ownership and access.
Our solutions are built within your own Google environment, so you retain access to the underlying system and data. Once the project is completed, we’ll remove our editing access, leaving you with full control.
If you decide to work with another developer later, they can take over the system. However, because many of our solutions are built around Google Apps Script and its connected Google ecosystem, some adjustments may be required if they intend to migrate or rebuild the solution on a different platform.
No lock-in with us, no hidden fees and subscriptions. Your system stays with you.
We believe maintenance should be based on actual needs, not a recurring fee for the sake of having one.
If you expect your system to require ongoing updates, improvements or changes, let us know. Our team can work with you to structure a maintenance package that makes sense for the level of support you need.
If your system is running well and no ongoing work is required, there’s no need to keep paying a maintenance fee. Whenever a new issue, change or enhancement comes up, simply reach out to us and we can scope it as a separate project with a separate quotation.

We’re intentional about the businesses and projects we choose to build with. While we work with a wide range of businesses and organisations, we also believe in putting our capabilities towards work that aligns with our values.
For the majority of businesses, our services remain available as usual. However, there are certain types of work we choose not to take on, including:
• E-commerce systems where transactions, inventory or order processing require dedicated high-volume commerce infrastructure, unless the solution is built on Wix.
• Time-critical or second-sensitive applications where even a short delay could materially affect an outcome
• Security-heavy or highly sensitive systems requiring specialised security infrastructure, compliance or enterprise-grade architecture
• Businesses involving animal slaughter, meat processing, general meat-based F&B or animal euthanasia
• Pesticide, pest-control, toxic chemical or other hazardous-material businesses
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid-selling models
• Other projects that we determine are not aligned with our principles, capabilities or technical environment
We’re happy to support charities and organisations focused on areas such as animal welfare, conservation, refugee support, and veganism. Where appropriate, we offer special discounts to help make our solutions more accessible to these initiatives.
Every project begins with a discovery conversation, where we look at the nature of your business, what the solution needs to do, how it will be used, and the level of reliability or security required. From there, we’ll determine whether our approach is the right fit.
We’re open to building with most businesses. We’re simply intentional about what we choose to build.
Not necessarily. Our solutions are designed to keep ongoing costs flexible, so you’re not paying a recurring subscription simply for having the system.
If your solution uses an AI model to understand, plan, decide, respond or take action, there will typically be a pay-per-use AI cost through the relevant API. The actual amount depends on usage, but for many smaller deployments, this can start from just a few dollars per month and scale with the number of users and how much the AI is used.
You may also have standard platform or hosting fees if your solution runs on a third-party platform, such as Wix or WordPress with Elementor. These fees are paid directly to the respective platform.
We’ll identify any expected third-party, AI or platform costs during the discovery process, so you have a clear picture of the ongoing budget before moving forward.
No unnecessary subscriptions. Just the services your solution actually needs.
Our solutions are currently designed for small to mid-sized applications, with typical deployments supporting up to around 150 concurrent users.
In practical terms, this means that if 150 people send an execution at the exact same second, it should operate within its intended capacity. If usage temporarily exceeds that level, such as 151 users triggering the same action simultaneously, some users may experience a delay or error and need to refresh or retry.
Daily usage also depends on the specific Google and Cloudflare services supporting your solution. Under the current free-tier setup, typical limits can range from around 300 to 2,000 users per day, depending on the services and how the system is configured.
If your application is expected to grow beyond these limits, we can assess the architecture and recommend an appropriate upgrade or scaling approach. Any additional platform costs would be discussed with you before implementation.
