We operate mainly in Singapore time from 10am to 8pm weekdays. Our respond speed varies from 10mins to 50mins depending on how occupied our customer service coordinator is.

Our coordinator is able to support WhatsApp only enquiries and is well equipped to address your concerns.
We’re based in Singapore, with our team working remotely across Singapore, Malaysia and India. Our Singapore office is located at 22 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City, Singapore 573969.

Our work has primarily supported US-based clients through our principal, giving our team experience across a wide range of creative, web and technology development projects. As we continue to grow, we’re now placing greater focus on supporting businesses and organisations across the Asia market.

As a registered entity, we’re accountable for the work we undertake, with our company details publicly verifiable through ACRA Bizfile Singapore. Our Founder remains directly responsible for the company’s direction, standards and overall accountability, providing clear leadership and oversight across the projects we take on.

While our team comes from diverse backgrounds, our client communication and creative work are primarily conducted in English and Chinese, with our creative team being bilingual in both.

We’ve chosen to focus on these two languages so we can communicate clearly, understand your brand deeply, and create content that expresses your message with the right nuance and elegance.
We’re intentional about the businesses and projects we choose to build with. While we work with a wide range of businesses and organisations, we also believe in putting our capabilities towards work that aligns with our values.

For the majority of businesses, our services remain available as usual. However, there are certain types of work we choose not to take on, including:

• E-commerce systems where transactions, inventory or order processing require dedicated high-volume commerce infrastructure, unless the solution is built on Wix.

• Time-critical or second-sensitive applications where even a short delay could materially affect an outcome

• Security-heavy or highly sensitive systems requiring specialised security infrastructure, compliance or enterprise-grade architecture

• Businesses involving animal slaughter, meat processing, general meat-based F&B or animal euthanasia

• Pesticide, pest-control, toxic chemical or other hazardous-material businesses

• Multi-level marketing or pyramid-selling models

• Other projects that we determine are not aligned with our principles, capabilities or technical environment

We’re happy to support charities and organisations focused on areas such as animal welfare, conservation, refugee support, and veganism. Where appropriate, we offer special discounts to help make our solutions more accessible to these initiatives.

Every project begins with a discovery conversation, where we look at the nature of your business, what the solution needs to do, how it will be used, and the level of reliability or security required. From there, we’ll determine whether our approach is the right fit.

We’re open to building with most businesses. We’re simply intentional about what we choose to build.
