Personalised AI Portrait

Our character designs can feature humans, animals, or objects, based on your preference. A basic composition inclusive of two characters is priced at SGD 98. Each additional character will incur a supplementary charge of SGD 50.

For printing selections, both canvas and magnetic card dimensions may be tailored to your preference. Please be guided by the maximum sizing options below:
 

Canvas (Small): Up to 30cm x 30cm

Canvas (Medium): Up to 60cm x 60cm

Canvas (Large): Up to 90cm x 90cm

Magnetic Card: Up to 42cm x 29cm

How many individuals can be featured in my portrait?

Each portrait is designed to include two elements (human/animal/item). Additional faces may be added at a rate of $50 per person. Up to 4 faces.
 

What is the process like when engaging you for this service?

It takes only 3 simple steps. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a simple customer request form.

This form helps us understand your preferences and expectations, and should be completed within 48 hours. Upon submission, our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the details and clarify any uncertainties before we begin the design work. Your design file will be ready within two working weeks, and you may request revisions if needed.

Once revisions are completed, the project will be considered final. If you’ve opted for our seamless printing service, we will then proceed with printing and arrange for delivery.
 

Am I eligible for a refund after making a purchase?

You will be eligible for a majority refund if your purchase is made within 24 hours. A $3 platform fee will be deducted. Unfortunately, purchases made after 24 hours are non-refundable.
 

May I request edits to the image after the project is completed, and will there be any additional charges?

Each design service purchase includes up to two complimentary revisions. To ensure efficiency, kindly provide clear and concise instructions when requesting changes.

Additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur a charge of $30 each. Please note that any printed items requiring rework due to revisions will be subject to additional reprinting fees.
 

What is your standard turnaround time?

Each digital artwork typically requires 1 to 2 working weeks to complete. Revisions should be finalised within 1.5 weeks. If printing is included, please allow an additional 2 to 3 working weeks. In total, you can expect a maximum turnaround of up to 8 working weeks for full completion and delivery, including printing.
 

How will my faces be used, and what safeguards are in place to prevent misuse of identity?

All faces are used exclusively for the specific project you request when engaging our portrait service. During the design process, your images are used to generate AI versions on a secure remote server. Upon completion of the project, all facial data is permanently deleted, and no records are retained. 

Our entire process is protected by password encryption, and all employees have signed confidentiality agreements to ensure your identity is used solely for the purpose of creating your portrait.
