Top-up applies when you require a form, a calendar booking system or an AI agent to be integrated into your online profile. This includes the setup of Google Forms, Calendly, Zoho booking tools and AI agents configuration work.
To proceed with the setup, we will require access to your Google and/or Zoho accounts to start the relevant work.
If you already have these tools set up, simply share the relevant URLs with us, and we will complete the necessary configuration within your online profile. :)

No, we do not charge any hidden fees or add-ons. All pricing shown here is final and transparent.
However, all AI agents require credits to enable messaging, as we incur costs from the AI chat system. In most cases, clients’ chat usage remains relatively low, so a standard SGD 60 maintenance fee is typically sufficient to last 1–2 years or even longer, depending on usage intensity. If the credits are eventually used up, our team will contact you to arrange a top-up if needed. This approach helps ensure you do not have to worry about ongoing or unexpected long-term costs.
A free 100 credits is included in case you need to change information and the rule of usage remains.
Once the credits are close to being fully used, our team will contact you to arrange a top-up if necessary. In situations where the usage is significantly higher than average, we may also work with you to set up a dedicated API key under your own account, so you can manage the usage fees directly.

Your profile will remain valid until 2035. After that, Impressland may continue renewing the domain for a further 10 years. Rest assured, we do not charge any annual fees, this service is offered as a one-time payment. 😊
Updates are charged using credits:
SGD 20 gives you 100 credits
Small text changes: 10 credits per text
Structural add-ons or layout changes: 50 credits per change

We understand that the base profile price is SGD 60. When you select a top-up option (for example, Google form), the price may still display SGD 60 initially. This happens because the system only calculates the final total after all mandatory options have been selected — including choosing “NA” for the ones you do not need.
Once every option has a selection, the system will then update and display the actual total price accordingly before purchase.
Yes, your AI Agent can be used not only within your online profile but can also be integrated into your other websites. In most cases, the agent works well across different platforms. However, due to the wide variety of mobile phone brands and models, the experience on some mobile devices may vary. That said, the agent generally performs well across all major web browsers.
