Once you have followed the instructions and submitted the Google Form, our team will contact you within 3 working days for a followup. (You are advised to submit this form within 7 days from your purchase)

Yes. After your purchase, you will be guided to an online form. You may let us know your preference in the "Additional Remarks" section located at the bottom of the form.

You can create a new folder in your mobile phone to store them. After your purchase, you will receive a guide on how to carry out this process. You may also WhatsApp us here for support.

Yes, after your payment, you will receive an instruction guide to select your design and you may let us know your desired video to be embedded within your name card.
